This website is operated by The Cheer Collect. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Cheer Collect. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers placing orders for custom trading cards and related products.

Custom Product Orders

All trading cards are custom-made products created specifically for the athlete information submitted by the customer.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• all information provided is accurate

• you have permission to use any photos submitted

• you have parental or legal consent if the athlete is a minor

We are not responsible for errors submitted in the information form.

Photo and Content Rights

By submitting photos, names, and athlete information, you confirm that:

• you have the legal right to use and share the images

• you have consent from the athlete or parent/guardian if the athlete is under 18

Customers retain ownership of their images.

However, The Cheer Collect may use card designs or product photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

Production Time

Custom trading cards are produced after all athlete information has been submitted.

Estimated production time is approximately 3 weeks from the date the completed information form is received.

Production times may vary slightly due to printing schedules, holidays, or shipping delays.

Order Changes

Customers may request 1 correction before final design approval.

Once a design is approved or sent to production, changes cannot be made.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.

Refunds or replacements may be issued only in cases of:

• printing defects

• damaged items during shipping

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

Team Orders

Team orders may require additional communication regarding athlete information, quantities, and delivery timelines.

Custom pricing and agreements may apply for team purchases.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• incorrect information submitted by customers

• low-quality photos provided by customers

• delays caused by shipping carriers
